Our Clinic Policies The following guidelines help us provide safe, timely, and equitable care to all patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Prescription Policy No narcotics or controlled substance refills or new prescriptions Appointments We make every effort to see patients at their scheduled appointment times. Occasionally, urgent walk-in visits may cause brief delays. Thank you for your patience if this occurs. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice through our online booking portal or by contacting the clinic directly. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $50 cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may lead to limited access to online booking. Online Booking & Availability Due to high demand for physician appointments, providers may occasionally pause online booking to better manage schedules and reduce wait times. For the most current availability, please call the clinic directly. If no appointments are available online, you are always welcome to visit the clinic as a walk-in during regular operating hours. Walk-in visits are seen based on physician availability and wait times may vary. If your provider is not listed in the online booking system, please call us at 416-546-1333.
